How do I know if my order is confirmed?

You will receive an order confirmation email to the email address you provided to us. This email will be auto-generated, so if you can't find it in your inbox, please check your Junk/Spam folder.
How do I order flowers from you?

Find a bouquet you like, click on the image and the product page will load.

On the product page you can read the product description. Simply click the "Add to Cart" button to add the bouquet to your cart, and a pop-up will pop up showing you additional options you can add to your purchase, such as chocolates, teddy bears, and balloons.

Once in the shopping cart, you can compose a personalized card message and select your preferred delivery date and time. Click the "Go to shipping address" button to proceed to checkout.

Provide your email address, the recipient's address and how we can contact you if there is a problem with the delivery.

Next, confirm your shipping information and select a payment method.
What payment methods do we accept?

We accept credit cards, debit cards and payments via Alipay, Payme, FPS and via Stripe, and since payments are processed instantly, we are able to process your order directly.
Do you accept phone orders?

We can currently accept phone orders, but you will not be eligible for the self-service ordering discount because of this.
Can I customize my order?

At this time we would like to focus on offering the bouquet/floral arrangement options found on our website. However, if you would like to see other bouquets or flower varieties on our website, you can Whatsapp us directly for a quote.
Do the flowers come with a vase?

Please note that not all products come with vases and we do not currently have an option to convert bouquets to vase arrangements. Only products with vases are shown on the pictures.

Some products are presented sideways, some are round. If you are unsure, please feel free to contact us for more information.
Can I change my order details?

If you wish to make any changes to your order, please contact us at cs@younmefloral.com.hk or telephone. We will always try to accommodate you with last minute changes, but can only guarantee changes (including address changes and card messages) submitted before 12:00 noon one (1) day before the intended delivery date. For same day orders we will do our best to make changes but cannot guarantee it.
Can I cancel my order?

Advance orders (except special orders) may be canceled before 12:00 noon one (1) day before the intended delivery date and will be refunded in full.

Same-day and on-demand orders are processed immediately and cannot be canceled. We will do our best to accommodate your needs (rescheduling, etc.).

All refunds will be made in the form of one (1) discount coupon valid for 12 months.

Can you send me a photo of the gift before sending it?

Our team is packing gifts for people across Hong Kong to brighten their day. We can't guarantee this, but you can give it a try, let our customer service team know and we'll see what we can do!
Shipping issues
Can you deliver on the same day?

Yes, most styles can be ordered before 1pm and we guarantee same-day delivery.

How many delivery slots do you have? We currently offer two delivery slots, namely:

a) 9am to 2pm - orders must be placed at least 24 hours or one day in advance

b) 2pm to 6pm - Orders can be placed by 1am on the same day
Please note: We are unable to provide specific delivery windows for orders, sorry! Our orders are not shipped in the order in which they are placed. Our drivers carry multiple gifts at a time, optimizing routes based on location and completing the delivery as quickly as possible. Please note that their routes may be affected by weather, traffic and more difficult deliveries.
How much does delivery cost?

We offer free delivery for purchases over HK$99, but general delivery charges may vary depending on the delivery address. Delivery charges will automatically be reflected when you enter your delivery address on the checkout page of our website. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact our customer service team!
When will the flowers be delivered?

How will the flowers be delivered?

Our flowers are delivered by experienced drivers who specialize in transporting fragile cargo - flowers. So we know how to ensure your flowers arrive as designed by your florist.
How do I know my flowers have been delivered?

Once our flower courier has successfully delivered the item, you will receive a Whatsapp notification or delivery confirmation email to confirm that your flowers have been delivered.

Can you ensure that the flowers are delivered directly to my recipient?

As much as we hope so, we don't always get it. If the recipient is not present at the time of delivery, we will hand the flowers to a receptionist, colleague, family member, friend or security guard. Occasionally, due to security policies in place at certain residences, office buildings and businesses, our carriers will not be allowed into the building and recipients will be asked to pick up the flowers themselves.
How do I add special instructions for shipping?

During the checkout process, the Shipping Instructions field is located below the Customer Information form. Here you can write delivery instructions for our delivery team to execute upon delivery. Where circumstances permit, we will endeavor to comply with these instructions.

Of course you can, you can choose which store to pick up your order at during the checkout page.

Do you deliver to hospitals?

Yes, we deliver to hospitals! Our courier will deliver the goods to the ward where possible or hand them over to the nearest receptionist if available. We cannot guarantee delivery directly to patients or staff as each hospital has different rules and procedures.
If you are delivering to a hospital, please be sure to provide the ward and bed number to ensure we can deliver smoothly. Before placing an order, please confirm whether the patient has been discharged!

In light of the COVID-19 situation and its ever-changing nature, we are seeing an increasing number of public hospitals refusing to accept deliveries.

This also depends on the judgment of the transport staff, as they have the right to refuse delivery to public hospitals. We recommend that you ship to a residential address instead, or check with the hospital to see if they still accept delivery before placing your order.
Do you deliver to PO Boxes?

Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. We have the highest success rate when delivering goods to residential and commercial addresses. If you are delivering to an apartment/condominium, we recommend that you first confirm if someone is home to receive the shipment.
What happens if I provide incorrect shipping information?

We cannot be held responsible for delivery failure if the delivery information provided is incorrect (e.g. wrong address/contact information/name). We will arrange re-delivery at the next available time slot, but re-delivery charges will be incurred. In order to ensure the condition and freshness of the flowers, customers are required to update us within 24 hours on the next steps.
Flower problem
What types of flowers do you offer?
- We have a variety of flowers and bouquets for different occasions. We always stock a variety of different flowers such as daisies, sunflowers, gerberas, roses, carnations, orchids and more.
- You can browse our flowers by occasion or collection to ensure you choose the right design for your loved one.
How to keep flowers fresh longer?
- Remove all lower leaves from the flowers to avoid soaking in water
- Prune flower stems regularly
- Change water every other day
- Avoid direct sunlight and choose a wind-free place
- Add a spoonful of sugar to the water. Sugar helps nourish the flowers and encourages the buds to open

How long do flowers usually stay fresh?

The flowers provided by You N Me are freshly designed and produced, and on average will stay fresh for 3-7 days if you follow our care guidelines. Some flowers, such as orchids, can even last up to 2 weeks or more with proper care to maintain their freshness.

Different flowers naturally have different lifespans, but we try to include those varieties that will maintain their freshness.

Why are the bouquets I see different from the pictures on the website and social media?

The flowers, fillers and plants in our bouquets come from a variety of sources and come in different shapes, sizes and blooming states. We strive to send fresh flowers to our customers, so specific varieties may vary due to availability.

Our florists will do their best to recreate the images on our website and social media. Rest assured that even if the bouquets you receive are slightly different, they have been created with care and attention.
Flowers not looking good?

All of our flowers are made fresh daily and our florists take great pride in ensuring that all of our bouquets/floral arrangements look beautiful. However, they may look a little wilted or squashed when they arrive in your hands - don't worry! It just means they're a little thirsty for moisture. Trim the ends of the flower stalks, fill the vase with water, and after a night of watering, they'll be back to life!

Why are the outer petals of my rose darker?

Don't worry! If you notice that your rose has some darker petals on the outside, these are called "guardian petals" and they can be safely removed before you put it in the vase. They may appear slightly brown or light in color, which is completely normal!

This is just a smart way for your roses to protect their inner flowers before they bloom, and while they may not look very attractive, they can be easily removed to reveal your beautiful roses. If you gently remove the outer 2-3 petals, you will find new, soft petals inside.
Return or exchange
I received the wrong bouquet, can you send me the correct one?

The chances of this happening are very low, but if unfortunately it happens to you, please contact our customer service department via Whatsapp or call +852 5441 2626 (Monday to Sunday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm), we The friendly customer service team will help resolve issues.
Can I request a return or refund after the delivery date?

To be eligible for returns and refunds, you should report the situation within 24 hours of flower delivery, subject to mandatory review and investigation procedures by our customer support team.

The bouquet should also be in the same condition as when it was delivered. When submitting your report, please provide your order number, multiple photos of the defective product and the reason why you are requesting a return or refund.

In other cases, the recipient is responsible for the care of the flowers after delivery. If the refund is successful, the refund process will take 3-7 working days.

How to redeem a You N Me coupon using a discount code: To use a You N Me discount code, you must fill in the code on the payment page (after filling in all required delivery information)

Fill in all required information - recipient address, card information. When you reach the PAYMENT page, select your preferred payment method - enter the discount code in the discount code field on the right side of the page.
