Service Scope <br>Our same-day flower delivery service is available in designated areas. If your delivery address is not within the service area, we will notify you in advance.

Order time
- To ensure same-day delivery, please complete your order before 2:00 p.m. (14:00 pm) on the same day. If this time is exceeded, we will endeavour to arrange next day delivery.
- Due to system problems, if you choose to deliver the item in the morning of the next day, please complete the order and payment before 5:00 pm on the same day . For example, if you want your order to be delivered on Tuesday morning, you must complete your order and payment before 5pm on Monday. Orders placed after 5pm will default to being scheduled for delivery the following afternoon.

Self-pickup service <br>If you choose to pick up the goods in store, please note that you must pick up the goods after 16:00 in the afternoon. You are welcome to choose the corresponding delivery option.

Product Selection <br>Due to the seasonality and supply of flowers, options for same-day flower delivery may be limited. We reserve the right to make appropriate substitutions, but will do our best to maintain the overall look and style of your order.

Delivery matters
- If the delay is caused by the recipient's absence, we will contact you to arrange for re-delivery or pickup, but a delivery fee of $180 will be charged.
- If the address or contact information provided is incorrect, it may affect the delivery time. We are not responsible for any delays or errors caused by this.

Cancellation and Change <br>Please note that no cancellation or change is allowed after the order is placed. If a problem arises due to a specific situation, please contact our Customer Service Team at your earliest convenience.
