Free Delivery in Most Areas of HK: We offer complimentary delivery to the majority of urban and residential areas across Hong Kong with no hidden costs.
Remote Area Surcharges: If the delivery address is in designated remote areas (e.g., Tung Chung, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay, Sha Tau Kok, remote village houses, outlying islands) or restricted zones, an additional surcharge may apply. Our team will verify this with you prior to dispatch.
⏰ Delivery Schedule (No Specific Time Slot Reservations)
Route-Based Dispatch: We do not offer precise delivery time reservations. Deliveries are arranged according to our daily logistics route sequence. Please allow a flexible window for receiving your flowers.
Pre-Arrival Contact: Drivers typically call or text the recipient prior to arrival. Please ensure the recipient's contact number is accurate at checkout.
Peak Season Arrangements: During peak seasons such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and graduation periods, schedules may be adjusted to accommodate high order volumes.
⚠️ Recipient Notice & Re-Delivery Policy
Unreachable Recipient: If delivery fails because the recipient is unreachable by phone, absent at the designated address, or due to an incorrect address, we will contact the sender to arrange an alternative (e.g., leaving the flowers at the reception/concierge).
Re-Delivery Fee: Scheduling a second delivery attempt or changing the address during transit will incur an additional re-delivery fee.
Severe Weather: In the event of Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, or a Black Rainstorm Warning, delivery services will be suspended and rescheduled with you.
