To ensure our florists have sufficient time to prepare the freshest bouquets and arrange logistics, our same-day delivery service has a daily cut-off time:

• Same-Day Order Cut-Off: Please place your order and complete the payment before 1:00 PM daily (adjust time if necessary).
• Orders placed after the cut-off time will be automatically scheduled for delivery on the next business day. For extremely urgent requests after the cut-off, please WhatsApp us at +852 5441 2626 before ordering to check availability.

The availability of specific designs for same-day orders depends on our daily fresh flower stock. To ensure prompt dispatch:

• If your selected design includes flowers that are out of stock today, You N Me Floral reserves the right to substitute them with similar blooms of equal or higher quality and value without prior notice.
• Our professional florists guarantee that the overall color palette and design style will remain at the highest standard.

• Coverage: Same-day delivery covers most areas in Hong Kong (free of charge). However, remote areas (e.g., Tung Chung, outlying islands, remote villages) may not be eligible for same-day delivery or are subject to route availability. Please confirm with us before ordering.
• No Precise Time Slots: We do not offer precise delivery time reservations for same-day orders. Deliveries will be dispatched as soon as possible based on the day's logistics route.

Speed is crucial for same-day orders. Please complete your payment immediately after placing the order (via instant transfer methods like FPS or PayMe) . Production and dispatch will only commence once full payment has been confirmed.
