We do not offer precise time slot reservations for deliveries. Deliveries follow our daily logistics route sequence, and drivers generally contact the recipient prior to arrival. Please allow a flexible window for receipt.

Unpack the bouquet or add water promptly upon receipt. Trim the stems diagonally by 1–2 cm and place them in a clean vase with fresh water. Keep flowers in a cool area away from direct sunlight and AC vents, changing the water every 1–2 days.
